Please read these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms", "EULA", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the mobile applications VentoX IPTV Player and Dorawatch: K-Drama Movies (collectively, the "Apps") developed by Bonnie Preston ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Apps.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Bonnie Preston. They govern your access to and use of the Apps, including all content, features, and functionality. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Apps are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that:

This license is granted solely for use on Apple-branded products running iOS/iPadOS and is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Bonnie Preston is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Apps, as required under applicable law. Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Apps.
Bonnie Preston is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed under Section 9 of these Terms. In the event of any failure of the Apps to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Apps.
Bonnie Preston, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Apps or your possession and/or use of the Apps, including but not limited to:
In the event of any third-party claim that the Apps or your possession and use of the Apps infringe that third party's intellectual property rights, Bonnie Preston, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. These Terms are between you and Bonnie Preston only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Apps or their content.
VentoX IPTV Player is a media player that allows you to load and play IPTV streams using playlist files (M3U/M3U8) provided by you or third-party IPTV service providers.
Dorawatch is a Korean drama and movie discovery application for browsing titles, exploring cast and ratings, generating AI-powered watchlists, and saving favourites.
Dorawatch offers optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed securely by Apple Inc. through the App Store.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region as determined by Apple's App Store pricing.
The Annual Plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Free trials are available to new subscribers only and are subject to Apple's eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App Store and will apply at your next renewal date. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Premium features at any time. Removal of a feature does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Apps, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Apps, including all underlying code, design elements, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, and content created by Bonnie Preston, are the exclusive intellectual property of Bonnie Preston and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Apps or our intellectual property other than the limited license expressly set forth in Section 3.
"Dorawatch" and the Dorawatch logo are trademarks of Bonnie Preston. "VentoX" and the VentoX logo are trademarks of Bonnie Preston. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to use the Apps to:

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BONNIE PRESTON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $10.00 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonnie Preston and her affiliates, officers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Apps; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you access or transmit through the Apps.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Apps from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Apps. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at bonniepreston@proton.me and we will take steps to delete such information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to in connection with specific features of the Apps, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonnie Preston with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
